Resident Violin Playing Plumber

I just saw Marley and Me, and Bride wars.

I thought they both were pretty good.

I need to put those on my netflix list. I also really want to see The Soloist, as I've heard very good things about it.

Currently, we are working our way through season 3 of Doctor Who (David Tennant). :wooHoo:

Oh yuck...I can't stand that show. I've heard Marley and Me is really good, although sad at the end. I want to see it eventually.

"Recent" is relevant; for instance, we recently watched the new "Walking Tall" (with The Rock, before he went back to Dwayne Johnston). After watching only about 5 minutes, I turned to Snowy and said, "I already know I'm going to enjoy this!"...and I did!

I LOVED "Bolt"! Highly recommend it; even recommended it to my boss (Mittens reminded me of him a little).

Want to see "Marley"; also want to see "Rachel Getting Married" and the new "Star Trek".

(Incidentally, not a big fan of Dr. Who, either; WAY prefer "Blake's 7"!)

I'm just not that into SciFi, and my hubby repeatedly subjects me to Stargate and Dr. Who and other such programs. That's when I have to get even by subjected him to true crime shows...hehehe. :hehe:

Neither of us are trekkies, but the reviews have been really good for this movie, and we are both interested in seeing it, so off we go! I'll give a report afterwards. :D

I know; it's hard to understand isn't it?

Hey, Yngmom, if your Hubby married you and likes Doctor Who and Stargate he obviously has wonderful taste!!! I love Stargate SG-1 and think Jack O'Neill is probably the funniest smartaleck on television!

Bedtime Stories was a real hit here, lol! I am actually thinking about buying that one. I'm surprised we liked it so much.

I can't wait to see Star Trek! The reviews have been excellent, and apparently you don't have to be a Trekophile to appreciate it.

Let me know what you think, guys!

Leo, you are too funny, my friend. LOL I admit that he showed extremely good taste in marrying me, but his television viewing is just not up to par. I suppose if you ever came for a visit, I could let the two of you watch Stargate while I slap the headphones on and listen to some Casting Crowns, though! :haha:

Oh yeah, I've gotten hooked on that show myself! One thing that drives me crazy about it though is no one on the show has really addressed the issue of whether the futures that have been seen can be changed. I mean seriously, if you knew in six months you were going to commit a crime and immediately get caught would you ever commit the crime to begin with? *biased* :duh: Other then that though; it's a really good show!

They were! I cried a bit with Marley and Me. I am not a crier by nature but Marley got to me!

Bride Wars was just plain funny!
